Darshana has worked in many different settings with individual, couple and families who have variety of issues related to relationship problems, family conflict, parent and child challenge, adjustment to phases of life, depression, anxiety, OCD, stress, grief, client with childhood and past traumatic experiences that can interfere with developing meaningful relationship, managing professional and personal demands. Her experience as a clinician has led her to focus on working with and helping her client with eclectic therapy approach. Being psychotherapist she believes in caring and non-judgmental therapeutic relationship that can help clients gain deeper understanding of themselves, develop more self- compassion, process painful experience and develop meaningful and mutual relationship.
